Our Annual General Meeting will be held on June 7th, 2012 at Birraporetti’s – Downtown– 500 Louisiana (at Prairie) Houston, Texas 77002- (713) 224-9494 – Banquet Room on the Tunnel level of the Alley Theater garage elevator (entrance to Alley garage on Smith off Prairie)
There will be several items to discuss and vote on. More on those items to follow in separate emails in the next day or two.
We also need volunteers to run for office. If you would like to run please advise me when you respond for the AGM.
I’d love to see you all at the AGM, as it will be the last meeting I will attend as your President and Vice-Chairman.
You have to pay for your cocktails and wine and parking (if you use the garage) but otherwise the dinner is free to our members – but we need you to sign up for the AGM,
