His construction experience includes disputes related to delay, disruption, acceleration, design changes, growth and scope of work, labor productivity/inefficiencies, schedule and liquidated damages. He is a Panelist on the American Arbitration Association National Roster of Arbitrators and has been appointed as an arbitrator in energy and marine construction disputes. He has substantial experience in domestic and international arbitration, including arbitrations under the auspices of AAA, ICDR, LCIA and UNCITRAL.
