Worked in the maritime industry since 1997. An unlimited classed Master Mariner with a wide variety of experience at sea, ashore and in the offshore energy industry. Ten years' of worldwide seagoing experience and additional five years' harbor pilotage. Currently assigned to the LOC Houston Shipping team as a Master Mariner Consultant/Surveyor and acted on behalf of Admiralty Lawyers, Owners and Insurance interests to investigate high profile marine casualties, collisions, groundings, loss/damage to cargo and provided expert opinion. Prepared reports and provided witness testimony at tribunal in the United States and designated Expert Witness in Federal Court with live testimony experience.
