Experience includes vessel sales, charters and financing; international and domestic joint ventures; vessel construction and repair contracts; offshore and land drilling and service contracts; acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies; commercial real estate transactions; mergers and acquisitions; and general corporate and partnership matters. Other areas of practice include corporate general counsel services. Experience also includes representation of both borrowers and lenders as maritime counsel in lending transactions, including    preparation and negotiation of mortgages under the laws of the U.S., Liberia, Panama, Vanuatu, Bahamas, Marshall Islands and other vessel flagging jurisdictions. Petroleum Engineer with over 5 years operational experience as drilling, production and reservoir engineer and drilling foreman, including responsibility for operation of all types of offshore drilling rigs. Responsibilities included well design and supervision of (i) drilling, completion and simultaneous production on producing platforms in    the US GOM; (ii) drilling operations from jackups, drillships, and semi-submersibles in the UK and Dutch North Sea, the Mediterranean, the Arabian Gulf and the US GOM; and (iii) drilling relief wells for a H2S blowout in the Arabian Gulf.
