Ms. Wetsch is a 1984 graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, North Dakota and Missouri. Her office provides a full range of alternative dispute resolution services including mediation and arbitration. Some of the areas of law wherein a comprehensive range of neutral services is provided includes: contract, transportation, commercial, labor, employment, securities, consumer, and property appraisals. She is available to hear cases nationwide.
Experience:
Since 1996 Ms. Wetsch has served as a neutral on thousands of cases. She has experience as an arbitrator, mediator, administrative law judge, and hearing officer. Ms. Wetsch started her legal career as an attorney for the United States Department of the Army, and thereafter served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. Beginning in 1996 her practice has centered on serving as a third party neutral. Some of the organizations through which she has served as a neutral include AAA, TXDOT, FMCS, U.S. Postal Service, and FINRA. She has experience working with numerous federal, state and local governmental entities, as well as extensive experience in the private sector.
